Before any work begins all the selections (kitchen cabinets, tile, backsplash, hardware, etc) must have been made and all products must be stored on site.
- NJ Kitchens and Baths completes all necessary permits with the local municipality & secures permits
- Site Protection (protect floors, stairs, seal door openings)
- Demolition and removal of construction debris
- Framing (any wood structural work)
- Plumbing Rough (update/relocate plumbing within the walls)
- Electrical Rough (update/relocate electrical within the walls)
- Rough Inspections (building, electrical & plumbing)
- Insulation
- Insulation inspection (if required by municipality)
- Sheetrock
- Flooring
- Cabinet installation
- Countertop installation (granite, quartz, Silestone, marble)
- Appliance Installation
- Backsplash (tile, glass tile, tile mural, paint/wallpaper)
- Final electrical and plumbing work
- Painting
- Final Inspections
- Before and after photos emailed to client
