  2. Site Protection (protect floors, stairs, seal door openings)
  3. Demolition and removal of construction debris
  4. Framing (any wood structural work)
  5. Plumbing Rough (update/relocate plumbing within the walls)
  6. Electrical Rough (update/relocate electrical within the walls)
  7. Rough Inspections (building, electrical & plumbing)
  8. Insulation
  9. Insulation inspection (if required by municipality)
  10. Sheetrock
  11. Flooring
  12. Cabinet installation
  13. Countertop installation (granite, quartz, Silestone, marble)
  14. Appliance Installation 
  15. Backsplash (tile, glass tile, tile mural, paint/wallpaper)
  16. Final electrical and plumbing work
  17. Painting
  18. Final Inspections
  19. Before and after photos emailed to client
